  Professional Services Offered

Home-Maker Personal Care

 We assist the individual with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, dressing, feeding and skill development. This may also include cooking, cleaning, laundry and other needs.

Shared Living  

We support family members with personal care and support services. Shared living services our provided in conjunction with family members residing in the house and is part of the rhythm of life that naturally occurs when people live together as a family.

Transportation

We offer both HPC Transportation and NMT Transportation services for individuals who needs to get to and/or from a place of employment, adult day support, integrated employment, and vocational activities.


Private Home Care Nursing

We offer private Home Care Nursing individuals under the age of 60 with physical disabilities and/or long-term care needs to receive care in their homes and communities, as opposed to nursing facilities, hospitals, or rehabilitation facilities.

Employee Corner

Our employees have shared values, make positive social changes, and increase opportunities for disadvantaged populations through the provision of behavioral health and developmental disability services to the young and the elderly.
