Home-Maker Personal Care
We support individuals in performing daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and skill enhancement. This assistance may also encompass cooking, cleaning, laundry, and other essential needs.
Shared Living
We assist family members by offering personal care and support services. Shared living services are provided alongside family members living in the home and are an integral part of the natural rhythm of life that unfolds when individuals coexist as a family.
Transportation
We provide HPC Transportation and NMT Transportation services for individuals requiring transportation to and/or from their workplace, adult day support, integrated employment, and vocational activities.
Private Home Care Nursing
We offer private Home Care Nursing individuals under the age of 60 with physical disabilities and/or long-term care needs to receive care in their homes and communities, as opposed to nursing facilities, hospitals, or rehabilitation facilities.
Community Respite
We offer a temporary respite for primary caregivers of individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions, ensuring that those in need of care receive a supervised, supportive, and engaging experience in a structured community environment such as a recreation center or camp.
Residential Respite
We offer temporary, short-term accommodations in facilities like nursing homes or assisted living centers, enabling primary caregivers to take a break from their responsibilities, which allows them to rest or address personal needs.
Employee Corner
Our team members uphold shared values, foster positive social transformations, and enhance opportunities for underprivileged groups by offering behavioral health and developmental disability services to both the youth and the elderly.
